Job Overview Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street seeks an On Call Server Assistant to support the server in delivering an exceptional dining experience. The role requires clear, efficient table service, guest engagement, and compliance with restaurant standards.
Responsibilities Assist servers with clearing, resetting, and polishing tables, china, glassware, and silverware.
Support food service by retrieving dishes from the kitchen and transporting them safely to guests.
Stock linen, china, and silver; maintain polished condition of service items.
Clean soiled bar glassware and polish using the bar dish machine.
Greet guests professionally, serve beverages and food, explain contents, and anticipate guest needs.
Prepare condiments and garnish items as required.
Set up and dismantle tables, buffets, and food stations.
Assist with general guest requests and ensure a pleasant dining environment.
Requirements At least 1 year of experience in a fast‑paced food and beverage environment.
Excellent communication skills and command of the English language.
Ability to lift up to 40lb and work a flexible schedule, including all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Outgoing personality and a can‑do attitude toward guest service.
Additional language skills are an asset.
