Maintenance Person (Overnight)

You are applying for a position through Medix, a staffing agency. Our client is seeking a dedicated Maintenance & Safety Associate to ensure safety, security, and perform basic maintenance of a facility during overnight hours. Maintain a safe and secure facility during overnight hours.
Conduct routine walk-throughs and safety checks throughout the building.
Serve as the designated Fire Guard for impairment (F-07) when required.
Monitor fire safety systems and ensure compliance with fire safety protocols.
Perform basic maintenance tasks including minor repairs, light electrical work, and general upkeep.
Address facility issues as they arise and escalate urgent concerns to leadership.
Respond to maintenance or safety needs that occur overnight.
Maintain logs of overnight rounds, safety checks, and any incidents or repairs completed.
Experience in building maintenance, facilities, or handyman work.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and minor repairs.
Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs and perform physical maintenance tasks.
Experience working in healthcare, residential treatment, or behavioral health facilities (Preferred).
Familiarity with building safety protocols and emergency procedures (Preferred).
Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
