TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Orangeburg, South Carolina, 29118!

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry
Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Onsite
Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit within an acute care hospital setting
Manage a patient ratio of 1:5–6 while maintaining safe, high-quality nursing practice
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
Float within scope to like units as needed to meet facility staffing needs
Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic electronic health records
Participate in emergency response team assignments as required during hurricane season (June–November)
Active South Carolina RN license or a Compact RN license must be in hand prior to start date
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry setting
Demonstrated telemetry competency required
Previous charge nurse experience preferred
Community hospital experience preferred
Work within a Level III Trauma, acute care hospital environment offering valuable clinical exposure and professional growth
