HR Generalist - Employee Relations and Safety
Fairfield Inn & Suites Dulles Airport Herndon/Reston
Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport in Herndon, VA is seeking a proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support hotel HR needs. You will assist in compensation, recruitment, training, employee relations, and safety initiatives while maintaining a positive, professional work environment.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in HR or related field, with 2+ years of HR experience in hospitality, strong organizational skills, and experience with Lever or similar ATS
