The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a reputable regional healthcare organization in Wausau, WI to hire Registered Nurses (RNs) for a high-acuity Cardiac Telemetry Unit.

This is an exciting opportunity for RNs who want to expand their cardiac nursing expertise while caring for complex patients in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

You’ll care for patients with conditions including post-operative open-heart, CHF, and vascular cases, while gaining hands-on experience with chest tubes, central lines, and multiple drips.

High-acuity, ICU-adjacent experience
Work with complex cardiac and medical patients
Supportive leadership and experienced nursing team
Hands-on experience with advanced cardiac care
Career pathways into Charge RN and cardiac specialties
Provide safe, compassionate care to high-acuity cardiac and medical patients
Care for patients with chest tubes and central lines
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting
Current RN license in Wisconsin or eligibility through a compact license
Experienced RNs and new graduate RNs are encouraged to apply
