CNC Machinist - Full Time/ Permanent

CNC Machinist
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team in Vancouver, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for machine setup, tooling selection, first article inspections, program verification, and operating multiple CNC machines while maintaining high quality standards. Perform first article inspections to ensure programs and machines are operating accurately.

Monitor tool wear and machining performance.

Adjust feeds, speeds, and cut depths as required.

Troubleshoot and prove out new programs before production runs.

Operate multiple CNC machines simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Inspect finished parts to ensure dimensional accuracy and conformance to specifications.

Strong CNC machining and setup experience.

Working knowledge of G-Code and M-Code programming .

Experience using precision measuring tools and performing quality inspections.

Experience with Mastercam programming .

Consistent full-time work with overtime opportunities

This position is based in a clean, organized machine shop environment. Employees work a flexible 4-day, 10-hour schedule and are encouraged to contribute ideas that improve processes and efficiency. This is a Permanent position based out of Vancouver, WA.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
