Caregiver/Personal Care/Weekend Overnights

Locations Served: Temple, Belton, Killeen, and surrounding areas

Pay: $13–$15/hr | Flexible Schedules | Bi-Weekly Pay | Urgently Hiring

We are hiring experienced Caregivers, CNAs, Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for part-time, PRN, days, nights, overnights, and weekend shifts. Our mission is to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and dignified at home, and that takes caregivers who are confident, attentive, and committed to providing specialized care. As a Caregiver, you'll be supported by a team that understands the challenges and rewards of memory care and values the important work you do every day.

Memory care is not the same as general caregiving and neither is our approach. As a Caregiver on our team, you'll have the time and structure to truly connect with your client while delivering high-quality care. As a Caregiver, you will provide specialized support to seniors with Alzheimer's and dementia by:

Offering calm, reassuring companionship and emotional support

Creating a safe and structured environment

Communicating effectively with families and care teams

Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Nurse Aide, HHA, or PCA, preferably with memory care clients

Strong understanding of Alzheimer's and dementia care preferred

Bilingual skills are a plus
