Senior Technical Sourcer, Recruiting

Description

ZWD's client, a well funded and rapidly growing startup in the health and mobile tech markets, is in need of a senior contract technical recruiter, for a regular full time salaried position.
Full life cycle recruitment for hiring managers in various functions, including software engineering. This includes pre-established industry contacts, developing a perpetual pipeline of candidates and ability to assess talent across all disciplines.
Drive and facilitate the full interview and offer process with the hiring manager to ensure quality of selection and timeliness of the hire
Provide interview feedback to all candidates and periodically train hiring managers on interview best practices
Attend networking and recruiting events as needed
Qualifications Requirements

• 5 or more years of hands on technical recruiting experience required
• 3 or more years of onsite corporate recruiting experience is strongly preferred
• 2 or more years of recent San Francisco or Silicon Valley technical recruiting experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to consistently identify and engage talented candidates across all disciplines
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and interact with all levels of management required
• Experience working directly with hiring managers and executives at all levels
