Provide comprehensive primary care services including preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions

Conduct thorough patient evaluations, physical examinations, and develop individualized care plans

Manage ongoing care for patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease

Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with evidence-based clinical guidelines

Coordinate referrals to specialists and collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution

Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or General Practice

Valid Pennsylvania medical license or ability to obtain licensure

DEA registration and current CPR/BLS certification

Experience in a primary care or outpatient clinical setting preferred
