Service Writer Opportunity

CT Power, a W.Williams Company, is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Service Writer/Advisor. The responsibilities of this role include greeting the customer, creating service repair orders based on the customer's request, and keeping the customer informed of the repair status. Assist in the operation of managing a profitable service department through productive staffing, strong customer satisfaction, cost controls, setting and meeting objectives with high initiative for change, and control of service activity.

Assist customers with setting service appointments, and keeping our clients informed of the status of their reefers in for service.

Research reefer recalls, service & repair information with manufacturers' websites.

Work experience and qualifications:

Our ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2+ years of related experience and have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
