Jula's on the Potomac is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our high-volume, fine dining waterfront restaurant. We are looking for a hospitality professional with extensive beverage knowledge, a collaborative team-first mindset, and an uncompromising commitment to cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence.
This position is currently offered as a part-time role focused on weekend service (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) . Successful candidates who demonstrate exceptional performance, reliability, and leadership potential may be considered for full-time opportunities as they become available .

Execute cocktails, wine service, beer service, and spirit pours with consistency, accuracy, and efficiency
Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, classic cocktails, and current beverage trends
Guide guests through beverage selections with confidence and professionalism
Deliver exceptional bar and lounge service while maintaining fine dining hospitality standards
Work collaboratively with servers, support staff, and management to ensure seamless guest experiences
Maintain a spotless, organized, and fully stocked bar before, during, and after service
Take ownership of bar cleanliness, equipment care, storage systems, and overall workspace presentation
Uphold all responsible alcohol service, sanitation, health, and safety standards
Strong working knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, classic cocktails, and cocktail construction
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach to hospitality
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure without sacrificing quality or standards
Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
Beverage knowledge and a passion for continuous learning
