Physician - Physiatrist - Orthopaedics

This position requires graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing) and a state license as a Physical Therapist.

Due to expansion, this established outpatient clinic in Kerrville, TX is adding a Physical Therapist to its collaborative team.

This is an energetic, privately owned outpatient clinic with a team-first culture and a strong commitment to mentorship and professional development. New graduate Physical Therapists are fully supported here and will receive structured mentorship as they build their clinical foundation. You will treat patients of all ages in a general orthopedic outpatient setting, with some back and spinal rehabilitation cases in the mix. Full-time clinicians can expect to see 11 to 12 patients per 8-hour day. Monday through Friday only. No major holidays required. You will have the autonomy to build a schedule that works for you, with the expectation of at least one evening shift per week ending at 6:00pm or 7:00pm. Full time is defined as 40 hours per week. Candidates with a minimum of 30 hours of availability across 4 weekdays will also be considered.

Full-time compensation starts at $75,000 per year and increases based on experience and qualifications. A productivity bonus is also available.
