Are you a skilled, results-driven surgeon passionate about delivering exceptional aesthetic outcomes and patient experiences? We are looking for a Cosmetic / Plastic Surgeon to join our growing team and support surgical and non-surgical services across our locations.
IBI Clinic is one of the fastest-growing and most innovative Ambulatory Surgery Centers, and we are seeking a provider who can drive patient outcomes, increase case volume, and contribute to overall practice growth .
Surgical Excellence - Strong expertise in cosmetic and plastic surgical procedures with a focus on precision, safety, and outcomes.
Non-Surgical Expertise - Experience with injectables, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and other aesthetic procedures.
Patient-Centered Approach - Deliver a high-quality patient experience from consultation through post-operative care.
Strong Communication Skills - Clearly explain procedures, expectations, risks, and outcomes to patients.
Efficiency & Urgency - Maintain strong workflow execution in both clinic and surgical settings.
Team Collaboration - Work effectively with clinical staff, coordinators, and leadership to ensure smooth operations.
Reliable & Professional - Consistent, accountable, and able to represent the clinic at a high level.
Perform cosmetic and plastic surgical procedures to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Administer non-surgical treatments including injectables, fillers, and laser therapies.
Educate patients on procedures, risks, benefits, and realistic expectations.

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Completion of an accredited residency program in Cosmetic/Plastic Surgery
Active State Medical License (Required)
Cosmetic/Plastic Surgery: 2+ years (Preferred)
