Up to $23.25 per hour Number includes base pay of $16.00 per hour plus an additional average tip of $7.25 per hour. Actual tips may vary based on a variety of factors including location, position, hours, and quality of service. Average hourly tips are based on 2025 reporting.
You’ll be moving quickly and handling a steady flow of customers for up to 10-hour shifts—so take those breaks to recharge!
Crew-first mentality . Be prepared for all conditions rain or shine—we’ve got Dutch gear to help!
You’ll need to show up on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
Training & Development . We’ll set you up for success with hands-on training and menu knowledge tests to make sure you meet Dutch Bros standards.
