Head of Finance and Operations (Remote)

$170k - $190k

Remote (U.Travel to San Francisco ~4x/year

Im partnering with a founder-led, high-growth professional services organization seeking a Director of Finance & Operations to serve as the CEOs strategic partner and help lead the companys next phase of growth.
This is an executive-level opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys improving businesses through operational excellence, financial discipline, AI-driven automation, and scalable processes.

Leading Finance and Operations under one accountable leader

  • Driving financial planning, forecasting, cash flow, and profitability
  • Improving customer and program profitability reporting
  • Leading operational transformation through workflow redesign and automation
  • Leading and developing a small Operations team while mentoring the Controller

10+ years of Finance and Operations leadership experience
  • Strong background in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, P&L, cash flow, and executive reporting
  • Proven experience improving operational processes and leading organizational change
  • Salesforce (or similar CRM) experience
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI to improve business operations
  • Management Consulting

Compensation: $170K–$190K base + 10–20% annual bonus
