Ambulatory Primary Care Clinic LPN

Ryan Health in New York's Wadsworth area seeks a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide clinical nursing support in a busy primary care clinic. Under the Clinical Care Manager, you will screen and document patients, assist practitioners, and deliver education and nursing procedures per Ryan Health protocols.
The role requires an NY LPN license, a high school diploma, and EMR experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
