The Study at University City is seeking a dependable and service-oriented Part-Time Valet Attendant to provide a welcoming first impression and exceptional service to our guests. As the first point of contact at the hotel, the Valet Attendant is responsible for safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles while delivering a warm, professional, and efficient guest experience.
Scheduling flexibility is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage.
Open doors and provide a welcoming first impression of the hotel.
Monitor parking areas for safety, security, and proper vehicle handling.
Report any incidents, damages, or safety concerns immediately.
Maintain accurate records of valet activity and transactions.
Escort guests to guest rooms when needed and provide information on hotel services and amenities.
Assist with guest requests, including deliveries and room changes.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized valet and entrance area.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous customer service experience required; Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency in English required; a second language is a plus.
