Litigation Paralegal - Remote/Hourly

Litigation ParalegalLHH is recruiting a litigation paralegal for a company in Beachwood, Ohio. The litigation paralegal will assist the legal department with pending cases. Possibility of temp-to-hire and remote work. Responsibilities include:Document drafting and management: Draft and finalize legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, and discovery requests, and manage electronic and paper files.Discovery support: Assist with the discovery process by preparing discovery requests and responses, summarizing depositions, and organizing document productions.Trial preparation: Help prepare for hearings and trials by organizing exhibits, coordinating logistics, and preparing witnesses for depositions and testimony.Case management: Track court deadlines, maintain case chronologies, and support attorneys with various administrative and support tasks.Legal research: Conduct legal and factual research on case law, statutes, and other relevant information.Pay details: $30.00 to $45.00 per hour.
