Psychiatry Medical Director Opening IndianaOpening in Fort WayneFull TimePermanent PositionSeeking BC/BE Psychiatrist to join team in Fort Wayne, IndianaPosition Highlights:- Hybrid schedule with option for 4 days remote and 1 day onsite or fully onsite- Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM- Primarily inpatient psychiatry with some outpatient and telehealth consults- 120-bed inpatient psychiatric facility with IOP services- Average patient volume 12-16 per day- Opportunity for Medical Director role- Strong clinical and administrative support infrastructureResponsibilities:- Provide psychiatric care for adult and adolescent patients- Manage inpatient psychiatric treatment plans- Participate in telemedicine and IOP services as needed- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team- Provide supervision to APPs if applicable- Participate in optional call and weekend coverageQualifications:- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry- Active Indiana license or ability to obtainCompensation & Benefits:- Base $325,000- Competitive base salary with productivity bonus- Additional compensation for Medical Director role- Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage- Comprehensive benefits package- Continuing medical education (CME) and professional development support- Clinician wellness and support programs
