Job Description

Job Description Calling all Las Vegas Artists! - Art Coaches Wanted!

All experience levels are welcome to apply!

**Industry-leading benefits and perks for part-time employment! **

Do you love creating art and inspiring others to be creative?

Learn The Arts Las Vegas is looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and creative Art Coaches to join our growing team. Whether your passion is drawing, painting, mixed media, illustration, cartooning, watercolor, acrylics, pastels, or a combination of artistic styles, we'd love to meet you.

Our California, Arizona, and Nevada locations now serve more than 2,000 students every week, and we're excited to continue growing our visual arts program in Las Vegas.

We teach students of all ages and experience levels, from young beginners discovering art for the first time to more experienced artists looking to continue developing their skills.

We Believe in Coaching Over Teaching®

At Learn The Arts, we believe great coaches do more than teach artistic techniques. They build confidence, encourage creativity, and help students discover what they're capable of. Our goal is to create an environment where students enjoy coming to class every week while developing skills they'll carry with them for years to come.

What You'll Do

Coach private and small-group art lessons for children, teens, and adults

Teach a variety of artistic techniques while encouraging creativity and self-expression

Adapt lessons to different ages, personalities, and skill levels

Create a fun, welcoming, and encouraging classroom environment

Prepare lesson materials and maintain an organized workspace

Communicate professionally with students, parents, and fellow team members

Help prepare students for art showcases, gallery exhibitions, and other special events throughout the year

Why Coach at Learn The Arts?

As an Art Coach, you'll work in a professional, growing learning center where you can focus on inspiring students while we take care of scheduling and daily operations.

Students have opportunities to display their artwork through student showcases and gallery exhibitions, giving them meaningful goals to work toward and the excitement of sharing their creativity with family, friends, and the community.

You'll become part of a supportive team that believes the arts should be fun, encouraging, and accessible to everyone. Whether you're introducing a young child to their first painting or helping an experienced artist refine their skills, you'll make a lasting impact on every student's artistic journey.

Who You Are

Passionate about art and creativity

Friendly, patient, and encouraging

Dependable and professional

Comfortable working with children, teens, and adults

A strong communicator who enjoys helping others succeed

Excited to continue learning and growing as a coach

A degree is not required. We care more about your artistic ability, professionalism, personality, and ability to connect with students than where you went to school.
