Housekeeper / Cleaning - Full Time

A private Palm Beach family, our repeat client whom we think highly of, is seeking a Houseman to join the estate team. This is a full-time, exterior-focused role on a stunning oceanfront property with significant grounds and outdoor spaces, reporting directly to the Estate Manager.

This role is a great fit for someone early in their private service career, not someone with twenty-plus years of experience. The ideal candidate is still learning the ropes of private and luxury service, and a few years of luxury hospitality or yacht experience would be a welcome foundation. One moment you might be cleaning out the outdoor fountains, the next you're tackling the grill or powerwashing the walkways. A hospitality background is a genuine plus, since the family entertains and a warm, natural presence with guests goes a long way.

Regular cleaning of first-floor exterior windows and cobweb removal throughout all buildings

Pool setup and upkeep, including heater, towels, furniture, and umbrellas

Weekly seawall inspection with photos uploaded for the Estate Manager

Outdoor kitchen and BBQ maintenance and cleanliness upkeep

Fire pit maintenance, including understanding how they operate and keeping them clean

Garage organization, tool inventory, and upkeep of mechanical rooms and storage areas

Vehicle care and regular car wash runs

Assisting with events and dinner parties, including furniture arrangement, valet assistance, and greeting guests

3+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, yacht service, or a private estate environment is welcomed, though extensive tenure is not required

• Must be English speaking; Spanish speaking is a plus
