Receptionist
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday Friday, daytime shift; subject to a varied work schedule and may be requested to work overtime and weekends for special programs.
We are a rapidly expanding Building Material Distributor with showrooms and full-service distribution locations in Raleigh, Fayetteville and Sanford, North Carolina. Our focus is providing builders with a wide array of products and services, from design to installation and providing a one-stop shop for the needs of our residential and commercial builders. Building supply company is looking for a full-time combination receptionist / data entry clerk. answering phones, greeting customers, scanning invoices, gathering information on the internet and cleaning the showroom.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent computer, math and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Prior administrative and clerical experience is also helpful.

Answers, forwards and screens phone calls on a multi-line system in a professional manner, and routes calls as necessary.
Assists colleagues with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, gathering information, etc.
Prepares meeting and training rooms.
Provides excellent customer service.
Scan pick tickets and attach them to invoices inside the computer program.
High school graduate or minimum of 2 years office experience.
Excellent computer software & internet skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Able to operate office equipment: computer, copier, printer, scanner, adding machine, etc.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.
Fast paced work environment within an office using computers, phones, printers/copiers and other office equipment.
