We are currently recruiting an experienced Sonographer to join our AIUM accredited care center as a PRN staff in East Brunswick Piscataway and Edison locations . The Sonographer will perform ultrasounds for standard and High Risk OB Cases and GYN.

Hours: PRN varied days per week 8-5:00 pm (but could be earlier or later depending on schedule)

Ultrasound Scanning: Performs routine, diagnostic, gynecological, and obstetric ultrasound examinations . Patient Care: Interacts with medical staff to ensure safe, high-quality care; positions patients; and explains procedures for optimal results .

Clinical Protocols: Adheres to established protocols, infection control standards, and proper probe handling .

Operational Support: equipment maintenance, and supply inventory .

Documentation & Service: Maintains records and reports while providing flexible, responsive customer service .

Additional Duties: Performs other assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years' experience performing Obstetrical and GYN scanning.

Degree/certificate from an accredited ultrasound program.

Current RDMS, NT and CPR certifications.

Perinatal experience.

Knowledge of CPT coding and eClinicalWorks (EMR) are beneficial.
