Europa Village is seeking a part-time Concierge to provide authentic and anticipatory service at our fast-paced winery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service with an out-going, self-motivated and energetic personality. Strong customer service is a must.Responsibilities:Possess the ability to create a memorable experience for guests through an unsurpassed standard of customer serviceBe the first point of contact for guestsGreet every guest with a smile and a warm welcome and respond quickly to their requestsUnderstands the Wine Club Membership structure and assists with sales of membershipsEnsure that glassware stays on propertyAssist with the collection and washing of glasswareCarry wine and merchandise to guests' cars as neededMay assist with directing guests to tablesAnswer telephones and respond to guests inquiriesAble to accurately and efficiently operate a POSAssist with cleanliness of restrooms throughout the dayAssist with stocking supplies as neededOther essential duties as neededQualifications:Professional, courteous presentationOutgoing and energetic personalityTeam player and willingness to work with other sales associates to reach sales goalsAbility to lift and move 40 to 50 pounds on a regular basisAbility to follow directions and procedures as well as multi-taskAbility to stand for long periods of timeMust have the ability to work weekends, evenings and holidaysJob Type: Part-time Compensation: $16.90 per hourWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
