Part Time Bookkeeper (Entry Level)

Job Title
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a part-time, 60-day temporary role with the potential to become permanent based on performance.
Location and Schedule
Location: Brickell – SW 13th St & 40th Rd Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM (25 hours/week, with potential for more hours) Pay Rate: $22–$25 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Data entry for Accounts Payable & Receivable
General administrative and office support
Assist with bookkeeping tasks (as needed)
Qualifications
Fully bilingual (English & Spanish)
Experience with data entry (AP/AR)
Bookkeeping experience is a plus, but not required
Background in property management or real estate office settings
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Must live near the Brickell area
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $22.00 - $25.00
