Outdoor Warehouse Person - Full Time

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at our Lithia Springs, GA shop in the Kennesaw GA area.
This position is responsible for a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to verify accuracy and condition of items.
Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for customer delivery or transfer.
Stock materials in designated areas and maintain organized inventory throughout the warehouse.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including frequent mounting and dismounting.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash, sweeping, and organizing materials.
Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders.
Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE and equipment.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
Forklift certification is a plus
Frequent bending, stooping, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
Repeated mounting and dismounting of forklifts or other equipment.
Work is performed in a warehouse setting and may include exposure to varying indoor and outdoor temperatures.
May require working around dust, noise, and other standard warehouse conditions.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
