How You'll Make An Impact In This Role Direct operations of the maintenance and facilities department to ensure alignment with the mission, values and objectives of the organization.

Develop departmental goals, plans and standards consistent with clinical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements and objectives of the organization.

Maintain knowledge of applicable statutory, regulatory and administrative requirements relative to departmental operations and ensures departmental compliance.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Certification specializing in Healthcare Facilities.

High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
