Customer Care Concierge I, Full-Time

This role collaborates closely with nursing, administration, and support staff to maintain a welcoming environment and clear communication. The position requires consistent presence on the resident units and common areas, maintaining a professional and calm demeanor in a busy healthcare setting.

Strong customer service and concierge services skills, with a focus on hospitality and resident satisfaction.

Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written, to interact with residents, families, and staff.

Proficiency with basic office software and phone systems; ability to learn facility-specific systems.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in hospitality, healthcare administration, or customer service is beneficial.
