The hospital, established in 1905, proudly serves residents of the tristate region with 152 licensed beds and over 500 employees. Annually it handles around 31,000 Emergency Department visits and provides 24/7 emergency services, general surgery, substance abuse support, behavioral health care for adults over 55, and the only cardiac rehabilitation program in Columbiana County. Responsibilities Deliver safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice.

Guide and support patient/family education and activities of other nursing personnel while upholding professional nursing standards on Telemetry.

Monitor and respond promptly to changes in patient status and documentation of clinical judgment to physicians.

Communicate clinical changes, diagnostic study results, and symptom progression to the attending physician.

Qualifications Current, valid state RN license.

Minimum of one year experience as an RN in an acute care hospital; ER experience preferred.

Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Facility Specific Requirements MICN mandatory within 12 months for Paramedic Base Station ED staff.
