Head of Operations & Business Management

Job Description Position Summary The Operations Supervisor supports the daily hotel operation by providing leadership across departments, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining brand standards, and driving operational efficiency. Oversee daily hotel operations and support front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams as needed.

Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, company policies, and operational procedures.

Provide coaching, training, and support to team members.

Assist with scheduling, labor management, and productivity initiatives.

Conduct operational inspections and identify opportunities for improvement.

Support department leaders in achieving service, quality, and financial goals.

Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards.

Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing business needs.

Proficiency with hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Consistent execution of policies, procedures, and service standards.

Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

A commitment to coaching, developing, and supporting team members.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working across departments, building team accountability, and supporting efforts to improve operational performance and guest satisfaction.
