We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of creativity and structure. This role ensures client success by managing workflows, resourcing, and project delivery, while guiding clients on process, roadmapping, and best practices. It’s a client-facing role that blends relationship management with operational excellence. This role reports to the Group Director of Project Management.

Key Responsibilities As Project Manager, you’ll lead projects from kickoff to completion. Define project objectives, scope, and timelines

Develop project strategies and plans in collaboration with internal teams and client partners

Manage day‑to‑day workflows, budgets, and schedules to keep projects on track

Identify risks early, resolve issues quickly, and keep projects moving forward

Process & Reporting Establish and maintain processes that ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently

Team Leadership & Collaboration Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure client priorities are met while maintaining process integrity and operational efficiency

Support project teams by recognizing strengths, addressing challenges, and keeping morale high

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 3–5+ years of progressive agency or client‑facing project management experience (social‑first experience a plus)

Strong planning, forecasting, and analytical skills with a proven ability to manage budgets and timelines

Experience working in a matrixed client structure and navigating cross‑agency partnerships

Prior proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Google Suite, Slack)

Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail

Bonus: familiarity with creative or productivity software (Keynote, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite)
