Manufacturing Engineering Level 2

Description: You will be the Manufacturing Engineer (Level 2) for the Production Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for driving process excellence in Grand Prairie machining operations.

As the Manufacturing Engineer (Level 2) you will be responsible for developing, improving, and investigating manufacturing processes to eliminate defects and meet production goals.

Design and implement process development and improvement initiatives.

• Conduct root cause and corrective action analysis through investigation of defects.
• Support a range of equipment and machining processes.
• Interface with program and functional stakeholders to drive production targets.

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering

Technology or similar field

• Experienced with tooling (fixtures, cutters, and other manufacturing equipment) and CNC machining processes
• Proven track record of data driven approach to

Familiarity of inspection equipment and processes

• NX / Creo / Windchill / SAP / S4 Hana experience
• Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
