Counsellor- Remote work

Working remotely, the full-time Benefits Enrollment Counselor will guide employees through the benefits enrollment process, providing education and support while ensuring compliance and accuracy in benefit enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Guide employees through core and voluntary benefits enrollment via calls and virtual presentations
Accurately process employee benefit enrollments while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards
Respond to employee inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive enrollment experience
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher preferred
Minimum of 3 years' experience in benefits, insurance, or call center environment
Active Life and Health Insurance License required
Experience with benefits enrollment platforms such as Selerix or Employee Navigator preferred
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
