Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice Location: La Grange, Illinois (serving the Oak Brook area)
Work hours: 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts, ongoing staff position.
Responsibilities Deliver compassionate, patient-centered hospice care in patients’ homes.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and manage symptoms, pain, and end-of-life care planning.
Travel to patient homes within assigned territory.
Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where you work.
Minimum of two years of RN experience, with hospice experience preferred.
Successful completion of a drug screen and background check, including a medical and recreational marijuana screening.
