We are currently hiring an experienced LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) for a medical-surgical (MS/Telemetry) unit at a leading acute care facility in Rochester, NY. Provide direct patient care with RN supervision
Manage patient assignments in a Med-Surg/Telemetry unit
Perform IV therapy, phlebotomy, and central/peripheral line care
Monitor telemetry and respond to patient condition changes
Provide wound care, trach care, and feeding tube management
Follow infection control and isolation protocols
Unit Details:
Unit Type: Medical Surgical / Telemetry
Patient Population: Complex care, ortho overflow, long-term patients
Every other weekend required
Must be available for every other holiday
Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per contract

Active New York LPN License (Required – not compact)
Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience
EPIC charting experience required
Competitive weekly pay

Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility
Locals accepted at a reduced rate
EPIC experience is a hard requirement
