IT SysAdmin
IMPERATIVE CHEMICAL PARTNERS, INC.
The System Administrator will oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure. They will manage a modern, cloud-based technology stack, focusing on security, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
- Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of the IT systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and determine opportunities for IT solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve the IT infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and processes.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Manages implementation and configuration of systems and platforms.
Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and services in a cloud-based environment.
- In-depth knowledge of best practices for system administration and network security.
- Experience with budget management, capability analysis, and resource allocation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile processes and methodologies.
