HR Generalist - Employee Relations & Engagement

Human Resources Generalist ClericalJob Title: Human Resources Generalist Salary Range: $75,000-90,000/YR Position SummaryOur client is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support operations across office and field employees. This role is responsible for assisting with employee relations, onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, performance management, and HR program administration while ensuring alignment with company policies and applicable employment laws.Serve as the primary HR resource for assigned locations, providing guidance on employee relations, policies, compliance, and workplace concerns.Partner with operational leaders to address performance management, disciplinary matters, investigations, transfers, and workforce planning.Lead onboarding activities, new employee orientation, documentation completion, and HRIS record maintenance.Support employee engagement, retention efforts, team development initiatives, and workplace culture programs.Coordinate training, coaching, and leadership development programs to strengthen management effectiveness and employee growth.Monitor compliance with applicable employment laws, company policies, and workplace requirements.Track HR metrics, prepare workforce-related reports, and identify opportunities for process improvement.Facilitate performance review cycles, employee feedback programs, and career development initiatives.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related discipline.HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar) preferred.Prior HR experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, construction, or field-based operations environments.About Us:At Anistar Technologies, we connect individuals from a variety of industries with respected companies, both nationally and internationally.
