As Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for guiding day-to-day operations in a high-volume distribution center serving two iconic quick service restaurant brands. In This Role, You’ll:Plans, implements, and monitors the day-to-day operations for the warehouse department to ensure that established objectives for shipping, product rotation, sanitation, safety, and timeliness are met or exceededMonitors loading, dispatch, and receiving times and makes appropriate changes, ensuring compliance with QIP, HACCP, and DOT regulations.Routinely informs and communicates with associates to ensure compliance with established warehouse productivity, safety, and sanitation policies and proceduresMonitors and completes numerous computer-based and manual reports and related paperwork, including time records, daily logs, damage reports, etc.Monitors product damage and audits routes to ensure reliable product deliveryPlans and schedules manpower.Plans and coordinates vehicle and equipment maintenance and utilization reports.Performs other related and assigned duties as necessary.What You’ll Bring:3–6 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, including team supervisionAA degree preferred (vocational/technical accepted), forklift instructor certification a plusStrong knowledge of safety protocols, food handling, and inventory best practicesProficiency in computer systems and reporting (barcoding, warehouse systems, timekeeping)Ability to lead a diverse team in a 24/7 operation with a focus on collaboration, safety, and efficiencyExperience working in (or around) union environments - union background a plus but not requiredThe Schedule & Setting:Full-time, on-site supervisory role in a temperature-controlled warehouseMust be open to AM or PM ShiftSupports a 24/7 operation with flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededLeads a large-scale warehouse team focused on safety, reliability, and servicePay & Benefits:Annual SalaryWeekly pay (every Friday)Health, dental, and vision benefits available after 30 days401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and moreCompany-provided uniforms and work shoesWHY JOIN US We're not just in the business of distribution - we're in the business of development.
