Travel Nurse- Night Shift

Registered Nurse – Med Surg travel assignment in Ukiah, California. Start date 09/28/2026 for a 13-week travel - temporary assignment. Weekly pay range $1,771–$1,898 per week with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (5:00 PM–5:30 AM). Work setting is a short term acute care hospital with a Med Surg unit. This role requires active licensure, is in a travel nursing capacity, and includes on-site patient care responsibilities in a busy inpatient unit.

• Contract duration: Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (5:00 PM–5:30 AM)
• Facility/work setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital, Med Surg unit

Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation)

• Collect and analyze relevant data to identify health issues and develop a care plan; Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, coordinate care across disciplines, and participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients and families, provide learning opportunities for teammates, and document care and progress in the EMR
• Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at various levels; maintain a safe environment and adherence to policy and regulatory standards

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (California)

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per policy
• other RN qualifications considered with experience
• Experience: At least two years of recent acute care nursing experience
• Additional: Epic EMR experience required
• Med Surg in a hospital setting; ability to work night shifts with weekend rotation; travel - temporary assignment
