This role will work closely with leadership and HR to source, screen, and hire top talent for Native Pest Management. This position involves a high volume of applicant communication and interviews, both in-person and via Zoom, and will also support the HR department with additional duties as needed. This is a full-time, in-person role at our Tallahassee office.

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple roles (from job posting to offer stage)

Screen and vet applicants through phone, video, and in-person interviews

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring hiring needs

Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers (as needed) and ensure a smooth candidate journey

Assist with miscellaneous HR matters such as onboarding, documentation, and administrative support as needed

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Ability to work full‑time, Monday–Friday (8:00-5:00), in‑person at our Tallahassee office (one‑half Saturday may be required)

High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree or HR certification is a plus but not required

Previous recruiting, interviewing, or talent acquisition experience is preferred

Experience using Zoom, Google Calendar, and Calendly is preferred

Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)

A typing test will be conducted)
