Travel Emergency Room RN / ER Registered Nurse - Nights

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (ER) is available for a travel temporary assignment in Saint Louis, MO. Weekly pay range: $Shift: 3x12 nights. Work setting: emergency department in a hospital, with 38 ED beds serving adult and pediatric patients and a separate psych area. Orientation is the first week Monday–Friday on days, with a rotating schedule after. This role requires ER-focused clinical expertise in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Weekly pay: $1,658–$1,812 per week

• Contract duration: Shift: Nights, 3x12s
• 38-bed unit handling adult and pediatric patients, with a separate psych area

Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in a 38-bed ED

• Conduct rapid assessment, triage, continuous monitoring, and initiate 12-lead ECG with rhythm interpretation
• Maintain central line and chest tube care; Stabilize patients following overdoses, head/traumatic injuries, sepsis, and behavioral health crises; Document thoroughly in Epic and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (Respiratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, Social Services, Interpretation Services, Unit Secretary)

Active RN license required; Minimum 2 years ER nursing experience; travel experience required; Graduation from an accredited nursing program; current RN licensure
