Remote Manufacturing and Procurement Buyer

Source materials, labor, and other required resources.

Confirm and follow up on material orders and deliveries.

Oversee item fulfillment, including drop-ship orders, equipment rentals, subcontractors, permits, and licenses.

Plan material, labor, and other resources in coordination with project managers, including phased scheduling and ordering.

Evaluate the role of Purchasing in adding parts to Sales Orders.

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing.

Proficiency in procurement software and tools.

Familiarity with legal and ethical standards in procurement.

lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; occasionally move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, and frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.
