Client Service Representative (Part-Time) Animal Hospital Randolph is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our amazing team in Asheboro, NC. Deliver exceptional customer service to pet owners in a polite and timely manner, both in person and over the phone
Maintain a clean and orderly lobby and front office area
Willingness to guide, mentor, and support fellow team members
Constantly advance your knowledgebase and customer service skills
1+ years' experience in veterinary or medical practice required
Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience required (retail, food and beverage, etc.)
Computer experience and proficiency required (email usage, word/excel, operation of office equipment such as, fax machine, copy machine, and postage meter)
Must possess basic math skills to determine proper deposits, make change, and process payments utilizing credit card and check terminal,
