Receptionist Responsibilities
Develops and maintains a good working rapport with inter-department staff, and other departments within the facility to assure that administrative services and activities can be properly maintained to meet the needs of the facility.
Establishes and maintains the administrative filing system.
Ensures administrative functions are carried out promptly for efficient operation.
Take calls with professionalism and great customer service.
Greet staff, family members, and residents.
Schedules all Resident appointments and transportation.
Receptionist Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent with business curriculum required.
Typing, filing, correspondence composition and computer skills required.
Must possess strong organizational skills.
Must have strong, positive interpersonal skills.
