Bank Loan Processor

The Consumer Loan Processor performs consumer loan processing functions including document collection and organization, auditing, and quality assurance. The Processor works in alignment with Service Level Agreements, meeting all production and quality metrics.

Solicit, review and audit supporting documents for full completion and accuracy

Organize complete loan application file and submit for loan fulfillment

Document loan application status and member inquiries as appropriate

Collaborate with peer Processors, Loan Fulfillment Associates, and other internal and external points of contact in loan processing

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum two years’ experience in customer service, financial services experience preferred

Familiar with the use of loan calculators to execute basic financial mathematics including simple interest calculations and amortization schedules

Some knowledge of lending practices and industry standard processes, including Bank Secrecy Act regulations

Familiarity with regulatory policies and procedures, including SCRA, Truth in Lending, Reg. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Target Compensation: $22.21 to 26.71 per hour + annual bonus
