Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
Quote, present, and close personal lines insurance policies
Follow up quickly and consistently on assigned warm leads
Build rapport, identify customer needs, and recommend solutions
Cross-sell auto, home, umbrella, and other personal lines products
Track pipeline activity , follow-up, and notes in the CRM
Work toward weekly and monthly production goals
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
An active Property & Casualty license required
Competitive, goal-oriented, and coachable
Strong communication and phone skills
Organized and consistent with follow-up
Adaptable and comfortable learning new technology
Prior Allstate or captive agency experience is a plus
Spanish/English bilingual is a plus
