Remote Associate Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who is passionate about insurance defense and has a strong desire to make a significant impact in the field. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex cases, providing legal advice and representation to our clients. Hybrid remote or remote!

As a Associate Attorney with our well-estabilished firm, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Providing legal representation to clients in insurance defense cases, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and legal memoranda, and preparing and arguing motions.

Collaborating with our team of attorneys to develop legal strategies and tactics for complex cases.

Participating in all aspects of litigation, including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.

Advising clients on their legal rights and obligations, as well as potential legal risks and opportunities.

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal developments in the field of insurance defense.

Ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards, as well as firm policies and procedures.

To be considered for the Permanent Associate Attorney position, you must meet the following qualifications:

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

Exceptional legal research and writing skills.

Proficiency in using legal software and technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
