Facility Manager

Our turn-key solutions ensure seamless operations and exceptional service. We are seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Universal-operated property, including client relationship management, maintenance schedules and repairs, safety compliance, budget management, and staff supervision. This is a full-time, on-site role.
Operations Management:
Meet weekly with the market leader to discuss facility operations.
Identify and address training needs.
Participate in community activities to promote the organization.
Work with other managers on advertising, marketing, and growth campaigns.
Facility Maintenance:
Schedule and coordinate upkeep, repairs, and maintenance projects.
Conduct regular inspections and recommend necessary repairs.
Customer Interaction:
Explain parking agreements and provide facility information to prospective parkers.
Develop and implement marketing plans for vacant spaces.
Develop and present budgets and financial reports.
Describe and enforce guidelines, rules, and regulations for customers.
Experience in facilities management, operations, or related fields.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software preferred.
