Your Impact As the Strategic Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Strategic Finance. You will play a significant role in the Company’s three-statement financial forecast, develop and present executive reporting packages, build & maintain financial models, and assist in the planning and implementation of ad hoc initiatives.

You will join a demanding environment that favors agility, initiative and creative thinking. What You’ll Do Assist in the management of Axon’s P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash

Ownership of intra-quarter forecast process and identify key risks & opportunities

Analyze financial results and provide insightful commentary on financial performance

Participate in corporate FP&A meetings such as executive corporate forecast reviews and budget vs. Assist with ad hoc FP&A projects arising from rapid growth

What You Bring Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Accounting

Minimum of 4 years of finance experience including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business analytics in a dynamic, high-growth environment

Proven history of developing and maintaining three-statement financial models

Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills for frequent interaction with financial and non-financial business leaders

Superb attention to detail, strong planning and organization skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
