1:1 patient care in the home

(65-$70 per visit + Medicare differential pay
Average full-time earnings: $Quarterly bonus opportunities

Your Role as a Home Health Occupational Therapist
~ Conduct patient evaluations and home environment assessments • Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders • Provide therapy focused on improving functional mobility and daily living skills • Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and safety techniques • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams • Supervise and delegate care to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) when appropriate
